We can not refund the orders, because as below:
1. The account has been sold for more than 1 week and it is used.
2. The account is locked or deleted the FUT club purposely.
3. The console password or email password of the account is changed purposely.
4. The player is bought.
5. The coins/ points have been started transferring to your account.
6. The coins has been transferred to your account.
